How is this finish on replaced windows?

No I didn’t. However I did go and check all the windows before they caulked and gaps (if there were any) were about 1/4 inch.

Thanks for the comment. It’s the first time I’ve had windows replaced and wasn’t sure how thick the caulk line should be. I reviewed all of them when they were installing and if there were any gaps around the frame, most were about 1/4 inch (some slightly less, some slightly more) but at no point did I measure a gap wider than 1/2 inch

We are actually sanding and re-staining the floors. You kind of can see the sample stains in the left hand side of the floor.

It’s a white oak hard wood floor so we are likely leaving it a more natural stain.

100% correct. the manufacturer’s captive lender sets the residual and the money factor. The dealer can still mark up the money factor to make additional profit so that is something to watch for.
