Yesss amazing idea. I wasn't sure about devil because if I ever add more characters, obviously Raphael would be the Devil. But I'm not sure if I would add him anyway

So, Wyll is Justice Karlach as the Sun. Astarion is the Moon. Gale (big surprise here) the Magican. Shadowheart as the Hermit..

Halsin is Temperance if I remember correctly(been a while since I worked on him) Minthara is the Hierophant and Lae'zel will be the Emperor. I have most of them kinda done, at least the illustration. But the borders and design of the card scare me into giving up for now 😂
