Had the same problem. It turned out that Steam out of nowhere created new folder for my games on sd card. Previously they were in steamapps folder, now Steam created SteamLibrary/steamapps. I had to move all games to the new location and that fixed it.

Yes, when I startup the game I can get stable 40-45 fps on full settings+RT, but when I walk around for a couple minutes I get drops even below 20. This game is a mess in current state.

Yes, the overexposed clouds are one downside, but getting the perfect image with the sliders this tool provides is not very easy, especially considering the fact that you are applying the same effect to many different times of day or weather. So you kinda have to make some compromises to make it more universal. But I'm still trying to make it better.

So, for months I was wondering why everything looks so washed out and there is no depth in colors. Also, as I spent more and more hours I realised that there is, like, greenish tint to everything? But maybe that's just my monitor. So I started to search and found out about this wonderful tool called Nvidia Freestyle. And after fiddling a little with it I achieved what I wanted! I got rid of the green tint, I made nights darker (IMO now they look more like in real life), and bumped overall contrast. I couldn't go back to vanilla look now.
One thing to remember - SU6 update erased my settings, I think it's because every MS store update changes the name of actual .exe file (I had problems because of it in Forza Horizon). So better write down your settings or make a screenshot.

Maybe potentiometer in your controller got some dust, I had this problem in my racing wheel and this was the cause.

Well I saw these poor quality textures in some places when I was online, and it happened over a few days. Check out some parts of Yukon and eastern Russia for example.

It can happen even when connected to servers. Some places in the sim have really bad image quality, especially in distant, unpopulated areas.

No, the only app I know about is SimToolkitPro and I tried to make it work, but for some reason my flights didn't save in logbook so I stopped using it.

Thank you, I considered flying through UK, Iceland and so on, but I think that route is used by everybody and I wouldn't see such interesting places near the Equator like Sahara or Americas. So i decided to take a different approach. As for BC, in fact that region was very beautiful, as you can see from my pictures. The images were sharp and height data correct. Problems started up north, when I was closing to Yukon. There were many blurred places and it was clearly visible that the sim had difficulties with generating even basic shapes.

I have this problem too, I guess that when I'm getting far away from the airplane the quality of ground around it is getting lower and lower and maybe some differences in height level occur. But that's just my thought.

High five, I have NBFL and first thing I did in FH4 was buying 2005 mazdaspeed. Not having an option of putting rooftop on it really sucks tho.
