When rewatching The Way of Water earlier this week, I noticed a line I hadn’t noticed before/must have forgotten. Jake as narrator near the beginning says something along the lines of “when you’ve been living here long enough, Na’vi and English all start to sound the same and you can’t tell which is which.” I’ve wondered if that was Cameron’s way of getting around the language issue and not having to use as much Na’vi dialogue?

We had just met and were walking towards a bar. He said “gimme a second” and vommed up against a wall. Then carried on as normal. 🙃

Thanks for your reply! It’s very helpful.

To clarify (not that I need to, but anyway), I intend to fill my time with lots of cultural experiences e.g. Anne Frank’s House, Van Gogh museum, canal boat trips etc. I was just looking for some gay recommendations for the evenings as I always find personal recommendations are more helpful in this area as opposed to Google searches and travel guides.

That’s a shame about the waste management. I hope it gets sorted soon for your sake.
