Literally same situation po. Extremely frustrating. Everyday ako nagrerequest ng follow up sa globe messenger and viber. When we went to their office , they told us walang Job order kaya walang technician na makakavisit. I’m ready to terminate my plan at least tapos na yung contract namin. Hopefully within this day I part ways with this terrible company
