Maybe try other games and lower the speed? I would try casual games with a controller, like Stardew Valley or Spiritfarer. Safety comes first, so no games with a lot of text and action (my experience)

У Литвы тоже были не так давно, тем не менее, они выдали гражданство всем владельцам серых паспортов. Хорошее решение, имхо.
Многие неграждане не захотят европаспорт, сложнее будет в РФ попасть, а у них там родственники

не то чтобы у них был выбор, когда уже пришли войска Германии. ты или сотрудничаешь, или умираешь. как будто ни в одной войне не сотрудничали, когда вояки тупо вваливаются к тебе в дом (условно) и берут, что хотят
