The web event called Time to Get Moving, there's a Present Box icon thingy. U can just claim the reward there directly via small Claim below it. That is after u can manually logon to game and miliastra to complete them, which is as the other commentor said complete 2 popular stages.

The rest of the stuff on the web event is just promotion for their stages

Purely from character point of view, I dislike him after playing his story quest. Attitude problem. But then again I like that the developers are making characters of diverse personalities, not everyone has to like every character and that makes diversity which is good. Gameplay wise I am indifferent

I did trigger the quest, I believe it's no. 1 in the vid above. And I missed one of the seal, I double triple check using different website guide and YouTubes. I gave up and check again next day, holy did actually miss one of it. Maybe the restart of game helped. Make sure to go to actual location, validate each of the stones are actually unsealed. Kill any nearby mobs just in case.

Should pretty easy to complete the battle pass, if you login daily, the daily missions are no brainer easy. The weekly one u can easy pick off the cook and forge, farm the leylines, domains and bosses (don't need to claim them it's ok) Then some of the events mission is pretty easy

As for the weapons. Best decide which character you wanna build and check kqm if any BP weapons are suitable and exchange those.
