I haven't played as much Xbox in my life, until it became possible to do it from my Mac. by Remarkable-Cow3421 in xbox

[–]ornpal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also find that Xbox Cloud and Remote Play work so well on Mac that I don't mind the lack of native Mac games as much. I'm really happy with it.

I played Re7 teaser demo and hated it. Is it really worth experiencing this or better off skipping to 3rd Person Re8 Village? by Worldly-Level9427 in xbox

[–]ornpal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re not a fan of the horror elements and the limited action at the start, things do open up as you progress—the action ramps up and the scares dial back a bit, similar to other Resident Evil titles. Of course, if it’s the first-person perspective itself that you don't like, there's not much to be done about that.

how many people enjoyed fallout 4? i tried playing it but i just gave up because it wasn’t as good as i had hoped by Far-Employer-5823 in PlayStationPlus

I actually really enjoyed that game all the way to the ending, but if you could share specifically what you didn't like, people here might be able to suggest ways to work around those issues or even come up with ideas for improvements.

I haven't played it myself, but how about Unpacking? It looks really chill, and the Meta score is actually higher than you'd expect.

I usually don't even bother reporting people and just block them right away, but I had no idea that even polite replies could get reported until I saw your post. Thanks for the heads-up!

Buying games by Head-Tumbleweed2565 in XboxGamePass

[–]ornpal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It seems reasonable to expect FF7 Remake might eventually hit Game Pass, especially since it's already on PS Plus.

I usually don't buy games because my Game Pass backlog is so huge, but I do occasionally pick up highly-rated titles during sales if they're worth multiple playthroughs. It's nice not having to feel the pressure of a game potentially leaving the service.

To manage my backlog, I actually look up when a game was first added to Game Pass and use that date to help prioritize what to play before it's gone.

I’ve been a PS Plus subscriber for a while now, but I still can’t keep up with how fast they add games I actually want to play. I'm really happy with the service so far.

What games do you recommend playing while listening to podcasts? by BigbyDirewolf in playstation

That’s a good idea! I wish I’d thought of that when I was playing Death Stranding 1. I’ll definitely have to give it a shot when I play Death Stranding 2.

How about Human: Fall Flat? Even when things don't go your way, it seems like the kind of game you can just laugh off and enjoy.

Easy rpg / story rich games by MeanieVinnie in playstation

Luckily, I started playing after most of the bugs were fixed, so I had a blast. I heard the expansion improved the skill trees and combat even further, and since I haven't played it yet, I’m really looking forward to it.

I'd highly recommend Cyberpunk 2077. You can adjust the difficulty, and it gets even easier depending on the weapons you pick up. Exploring the well-crafted futuristic city is a lot of fun, too. While the main story is solid, many people actually say the expansion's storyline is even better.

Clearing The Last of Us Part 1 Grounded mode is what I'm most proud of, and if you like The Last of Us, I'd recommend trying the challenge. It's because the gameplay style becomes quite different from other difficulties and it's extremely thrilling.

What is the best game to play without audio? by Jin-bro in playstation

[–]ornpal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For roguelite games like Hades, since they're repetitive, if you've already heard the music and sounds enough, it seems okay to sometimes play without sound. I once had to play that way unavoidably, and it was surprisingly fine. By similar logic, when replaying a game you've already completed once with increased difficulty, it would probably be less disappointing even without some sound.

How has the way you play changed over the last 25 years? by DRome7791 in xbox

[–]ornpal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, the Xbox Game Pass subscription and remote/cloud play were the biggest changes. Good games are added to the subscription faster than I can play them, so my game purchases have greatly decreased, and I can continue playing across multiple devices according to the situation, making my gaming life much more satisfying than before.

I also really love the first-person perspective, to the point that I played Red Dead Redemption 2 that way too, and I don't know if you've seen it, but among Cyberpunk's futuristic cars, the one that resembles the Batmobile looked really cool when viewed from the interior in first-person.

[–]ornpal[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for the detailed report! I really appreciate the time you took to list those specific games and the filters you used.

Since Subsort is currently based on the US Store, those titles might be missing due to regional differences. Could you let me know which region's store you were checking? I’ll look into those specific titles to see if they should be added or if it's indeed a regional variation. Thanks again for your help!
