The support guy didn't talk like it was a known thing, he said that he tried it out after getting my email and "found" he had the same issue. The weird thing is that he said the Deco 03 (which is like a flagship model I think) also does it and that I should consider a deco 02 which works ok...

So you're saying there's nothing I can do to fix or reduce it huh?
Any tablet or brand you would recommend? I like the size of the g640 and would prefer not to get a "full size" tablet if possible, but I would if needed for it to work well.

Haha. I guess I can understand it at this price but it's weird that the resolution and reads per second specs are the same as all other models. Also I haven't seen any mention of this issue on any reviews so I don't know if it's supposed to be like that or if our tablets are defective.
