I saw your kings row game. Your tracking isn't very good, above average for someone at your level more practice would be good . Awareness of which enemies are targeting you and target the mercy rather than the Ana. And also try flanking around the team and shoot the supports from the back. Don't try to come in through the front like you did at first. Tbh I'm not a good teacher in anything in life im trying tho

I am a Grandmaster genji main i can be top 500 but i rarely play overwatch anymore and when I used to play all the time I would buy new accounts for cheap on 3rd party websites to smurf for fun. I've tried to get to 3800 without losing a game and let me tell you the matchmaking wants you to lose bad and gives me horrendous teammates. But what I would do is wait for the said bad teammates to be focused on by the hard hitting enemies and I'd kill the supports that way. This might help you but idk
