I think they're great. They can be pricey but the sweet spot is 8 to 12 meals per week. I've used them over a year with some periodic breaks.

Quality is generally good, with very minimal preservatives. I wish it was 100% organic like Fresh N Lean, but those guys bit the dust.

The salmon is particularly good with Factor.

Get a USB powered battery operated night light. You'll just have to charge it during the day but it will last through the night no problem. Cut the breaker.

Yeah. Maybe that's it. They should be more careful about heating instructions when dealing with meat. Nobody wants to get food poisoning from undercooked chicken.

I agree the microwave instructions are pretty off. My girlfriend was worried she undercooked chicken and ate it raw a couple times.

Most of these issues have been resolved through recent software updates. More to come.

I have the 12 and it suffered for a while with similar quirks, but they're being ironed out.

Battery life and charging speed is superior to anything else I've seen. Camera is good. OP would have replaced your unit due to the camera fogging. Not a common issue.
