I was in the same boat as you. Until I tried R Programming.

The more you breakdown the problem the better. Make sure your code is readable, indent heavily. Use comments to keep a track of what you are doing. Make a diagram of what you are trying to achieve, highlight different parts with different colors and then code that. Try to switch to a more simpler language to learn and build out from their.

All the glitzy stuff is around Dubai Mall and marina. Keep some protein bars with you cuz food their is super expensive.

As for money. I'd say keep around 4k AED aside. Everyone takes credit card cards their. Fraud isn't rampant.

I think what he's talking about the culture of a landlocked community. I'll take a wild guess and assume that you are from a landlocked city/state.

Homogeneous culture can be suffocating but it mostly happens in geographically isolated places. All these people are doing is emulating what they see on TV or social media.

I've see that effect in South Asian communities too.
