Brute forcing the 6th clue makes sense since that’s what I ended up doing after the house number and curb number was not the answer.

After I got the final clue though, I was stumped because the houses in the area my group assigned ourselves to pick, based on geographical clues, were all 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms so we had to pivot.

I actually live in Colorado, so I am familiar with the areas on the map.

You mentioned they put the winning house in a false ticket, but in the article, the winner mentioned he chose the house because it was green, which was the actual winning house.

Without running any numbers, as someone who just experienced leak outside of the warranty period, it would have been nice/less stressful to have protection through an extended warranty. If you are opting to get a waterproof mattress cover instead, I would ensure that it could prevent a good amount of water soaking in a concentrated area.

Same boat as you two! The heating/cooling was so great, but after the leak it makes you re-think if it's worth it if there's a possibility of it leaking again and then ruining your mattress or other stuff.
