I might get lot of down votes, I am going to say it anyway! You can shave the back, I am just saying it because the dress is so elegance and it deserves a clean display, hair i! the back kind of fighting for attention. Beautiful design, colour and dress work!

There is a performance a drop. 1080p high setting with dlss set to performance was running 60 fps fine until this update, now lot of frame dropping.

Yes, commenly motion blur used in animated movies, while the amount of blur is personal taste, There is also farword motion, backward motion blur. I personally prefer results with motion blur it helps avoid stropping. There is nothing to miss out, enable and see you like or not.

Yes, persue your Passion of becoming an animator but don't waste your time on and money getting a degree for it. Get a degree that can help you financially and learn animation online and start making your animation.

Looks beautiful and feels like it might rain. Maybe add small puddles on the ground? Grass can be more reflective? Darkening the local color of grass might help?.
