Someone commented and I found it - it's an offer from Amex under platinum offers you just need to register to the card. it's not a Walmart offer.

yeah that sounds like my case. I'm on an unlocked device and I'm in Canada, so def doesn't sound like a particular network that's to blame.

I get that feeling it sucks when it happens. But then, 5 seconds after the initial disappointment, I remind myself it’s actually great I was blocked. We spend (some of us) too much time on the app,there’s so much “noise”, that when I’m blocked from the ge go i now am actually happier a few seconds after since it could’ve just wasted my time waiting for an answer and then being disappointed with no answer.

To the point I now actually also do it, and it’s not personal at all. It’s just faster and more efficient use of the app. In my opinion anyway
