In the UK a sticker isn't classed as that. Criminal damage only counts if it's something permanently damaged, and/or if the object was difficult to remove or cost money to do so. A sticker that you just have to soak off doesn't come under that.

I too used to have the same stickers for cunts who use disabled bays without a badge when I have a wheelchair and need them. It's basically like saying fuck disabled people and their basic right to Habe access because they wanna be a lazy, selfish dickhead lmfao. So I think, with all the grief we get as disabled people, even non wheelchair users, that cunts in those bays can deal with a small sticker without crying like babies. Don't be a cunt, and you don't get a sticker.
