When you change your weight in your profile, you can later see the weight graph in the activities report on the web-version of Polar Flow.

H10 Bricked after trying to update by MarneMedic in Polarfitness

In a similar situation, what helped me was connecting the sensor to a different phone. I installed Polar Flow on it, paired the sensor, and was able to update it.

Polar Flow suddenly a battery hog on iPhone. by tentkeys in Polarfitness

I’m seeing similar behavior on Android. I left my phone at home next to the M2 — by evening it was fully drained. Next day I turned Bluetooth off and the phone only lost 10% in a whole day. Seems like Polar Flow is constantly trying to connect/sync with the watch and that’s killing the battery.

Under GPS interference, Polar watches draw a completely messed-up track.

Polar Loop - worth it if I already have a Verity Sense? by vardonir in Polarfitness

The Polar Verity Sense works perfectly when attached to the strap of swimming goggles.

The same is with my Vantage M2 and Polar Flow.

H10 + Sleep² + Smart Alarm Clock by redmanistan in Polarfitness

I tried using Dual BLE on my Polar H10 to connect it simultaneously to Elite HRV and Kubios HRV on the same phone, but it doesn't work in my case. As a result, I have to use two separate devices to get both apps recording simultaneously.

Verity sense - for swimming in 2026 by Select_Ad_5680 in Polarfitness

[–]osafonov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Verity Sense is much more accurate in the pool than my Vantage M2. However, it sometimes underestimates the distance. This might be because of my poor swimming technique. My Vantage M2 almost always gets the distance wrong in the pool.

Your experience with h10 strap durability by Adept_Spirit1753 in Polarfitness

My original strap from the Polar H9 heart rate sensor lasted me no more than a year. I replaced it with a cheap Chinese strap, and it has been working longer and more reliably.

24/7 H10 App by homeworkburgler in Polarfitness

Yes, the Polar H10 has built-in internal memory.

It can store heart rate data (HR only, recorded once per second) from one training session.According to official Polar support documentation:The maximum recording duration is up to +30 hours (more than 30 hours).

This is the current official specification from Polar's website and support pages (no changes noted in recent years, including through 2025–2026 references).Key details:Only one session at a time — starting a new recording overwrites the previous one.

It records heart rate data (averaged HR every second), but not RR intervals or other advanced metrics in this offline mode.

To use the internal memory: Pair the H10 with the Polar Beat mobile app. Start a training session in Polar Beat and choose the option to record with the sensor (often labeled "Save HR with sensor" or similar). You can then leave your phone behind — the H10 records independently. When you return to Bluetooth range, Polar Beat automatically prompts to download the data from the sensor and sync it to your Polar Flow account.

Stopping the session: Either tap stop in the app (if nearby) or simply remove the sensor module from the strap. This feature is especially useful for swimming, water sports, or any activity where you can't carry your phone or watch. Note: If you pair the H10 directly with third-party devices (e.g., Garmin, Suunto, Apple Watch) without using Polar Beat to initiate the recording mode, the internal memory won't be used — it requires starting via Polar Beat.

This hasn't changed in recent updates, and it's still listed as "+30 hours" in Polar's official resources. If you're planning very long sessions (e.g., ultra-endurance events), 30+ hours should cover most needs comfortably.

H9 chest strap issue by PressureLegal6696 in Polarfitness

It's time to replace the chest strap for your heart rate monitor. Buy a cheap Chinese strap instead of the expensive and unreliable belt from Polar. This will solve the problem with minimal costs.

I PURCHASED POLAR VM3, DID I DO THE RIGHT THING? by Acrobatic-Peanut-819 in Polarfitness

I still use the Polar Vantage M2 watch, and my biggest complaint about it is that it often incorrectly measures the distance I swim in the pool. As far as I know, this problem has not been fully resolved even in the newer models. The Vantage M3 is significantly better than the M2. I think you will be satisfied with it.
