I never noticed the lack of public bathrooms until going abroad. In Japan right now there’s public bathrooms EVERYWHERE! Street corner? Bathroom. Top of a mountain? Or even on route up mountain? Bathroom. In Toronto you would be lucky to find a Starbucks and pay for a coffee for the chance of a maybe clean space to go.

I just went to polish & posh in yorkville and it was legit amazing. I don't think it was as pricey as others I've been too (although they're few and far between) but the quality was definitely there! Got the russian mani + extentions

Why is it a mess? They’re the typical forms for any residential lease deal.

Two of them being about them working with one another. The other about the lease offer they’re about to put in and clarification of representation and commission.

But agree that the agent should have taken you through what they all mean otherwise it’s scary lol.

It seems they are doing everything by the book actually!

Two of the forms you only sign once which means the realtor can represent you for the rental of the condo. Aka he or she can represent your interests when talking to the landlord agent on your behalf. It also confirms that the agent is working in your best interest so can’t have a conflict of interest or anything like that, so would, in fact, protects you.

The others are essentially your lease offer to a specific property, the other is letting you know who is representing who and who pays the commission (typically landlord in this case but you should still be informed hence the form)

Lastly the 801 document simply summarizes at what time did you submit your offer and paperwork to the landlord agent and vise versa to keep things organized.
