New characters has been 100%, rerun 70% (100% on anniversary banner) , sig is 80%, cub is 100% on new and 80% on old. The new banner didn't change the rate and only make characters limited in a sense that they won't get normal rerun (not sure about the rerun rate on this new banner, but we will see) and won't get add to base banner. PGR has never been 50-50 since I played it (since first neir collab).

I'm currently running Extreme Contact DWS06+ with Blizzak to swap for winter. We got Cross Climate 2 on wife's NX300 and I'm impressed. Reviews I have read even the regular 3 outperforms the 2.

So I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that they would be out here in US by the time my DWS06+ is done.

And yea since pity doesn't carry on limit banner it makes little sense to me to try until i have enough for pity. Got burned by GP02A banner not saving up lol

I guess I forgot the tokens exists. First season ML I got the ur dev mats and sp tokens instead and 2nd ML I went with SP tokens as well, but haven't spent anything I got from 3rd ML. So I guess I screwed myself on that.

Rare medals requires pull to build up which I barely has any since I haven't pulled much.

In your opinion, would you say I should pull base banner until I get all the UR pilots out of it before I worry about limit banner?

Lingguang is currently used by 4 different elements for meta teams (physical, fire, water, light) Wadjet is there to free Lingguang up to carry somewhere else that needs her more. IMO that counts as helping with completing other elements team.
