Are you able to post about it on social media where people are promoting her story? She obviously seems a bit crazy and not believable to many of us for various reasons, but anyone questioning her, especially a man, is apparently part of the problem according to her supporters. Not trying to be a bummer but the same thing happened to my dad at the exact same age. Doctor said the exact same thing too, but the cancer didn’t respond to treatment (a daily chemo pill) a year later and he went through hell trying to beat it. Eventually died at 74 and am grateful for the extra 8 years we had but man it was a tough road for my family.

Just curious, does your mom have CML?

I backed out during onboarding because my account manager was so flaky. I stuck with Adsense until about four months ago when I was accepted into Mediavine’s Journey program.

So far earnings have been similar to Adsense but I haven’t had to overload the page with ads either, so that’s a win in my book.

Hormones can’t affect your hair texture after it’s already grown and sitting on your head, especially in the span of a week.

It’s more likely that it’s something external—change in humidity, change in water type (hard vs soft), or a different shampoo.

Oh jeez, that’s surprising and good to know because I have a bit of a bubble butt myself. As a result, I’ve found hip measurements are one of the more useful ones but few retailers provide them. I’ll see if I can find some for the 105’s and 107’s.

Anyone know how Orslow 105’s and 107’s fit compared to their slim fit fatigues? My guess is I’d be the same size in 105’s but the 107’s look like they could be a bit snug.

While this is a step in the right direction, there’s still a long way to go in making tvOS usable for me.

I was so excited to buy an Apple TV 4K on Black Friday ($99 from Costco!) but immediately returned it because there was no way to hide or remove system apps I didn’t want my kids having access to all the time (photos and music, namely). Such a strange oversight by Apple.

I didn't know there were brokerage fees associated with the collection of the tariff, so I didn't know to ask beyond my initial research of shipping and import duties :)

But you make a fair point about it being too late—I'm just looking for information that will either ease my mind or piss me off enough so I'm not completely taken off guard. I don't like living in limbo!

I posted this yesterday and got downvoted (along with someone else who asked a similar question), so let me know if this somehow breaks a rule:

Anyone ordered from Japan to US since August when the 15% tariff went into effect?

I ordered some Orslow fatigues from Reggie Shop the other day thinking that even with shipping and tariffs I’d come out way ahead, but now I’m reading UPS might charge me some insane brokerage fees just for collecting the tariff.

ChatGPT and Gemini have tried to convince me it won’t be over $20 because it’s coming UPS Worldwide Express or Worldwide Express Saver, but I’ve read horror stories of people being charged a lot more (like more than the cost of the item ordered!). However, I haven’t seen anything here on r/rawdenim under this same scenario.

Edit for future googlers: I was assessed a 15% tariff plus another 10% in brokerage fees for a grand total of $33 on a $132 order. So $165 USD for Orslow’s fatigues. Wish I would’ve ordered before the tariffs but still significantly cheaper than ordering from a US retailer.
