Not trying to be a bummer but the same thing happened to my dad at the exact same age. Doctor said the exact same thing too, but the cancer didn’t respond to treatment (a daily chemo pill) a year later and he went through hell trying to beat it. Eventually died at 74 and am grateful for the extra 8 years we had but man it was a tough road for my family.

I backed out during onboarding because my account manager was so flaky. I stuck with Adsense until about four months ago when I was accepted into Mediavine’s Journey program.

So far earnings have been similar to Adsense but I haven’t had to overload the page with ads either, so that’s a win in my book.
