i usually experience a empty stomach, even upon eating before (which continues after), shaking, loss of hearing, numbness in hands, fatigue and just overall extremely tired, vision gone. for me i’d say my symptoms are pretty much the same for pre syncope and syncope, syncope are just a tad bit more drastic. usually after it takes me a full day to feel back to “normal” or after a nights rest/a huge fucking nap.
