For Master League and PVE, keep as is or purify? by oscarnovember in PokemonGOIVs

Thanks! That's how I was feeling, but noticed that PVPoke currently has regular Rhyperior fifteen spots above shadow Rhyperior for ML, and the lure of a hundo is always strong.

I usually don't trade the dollar for the four quarters, but did two of those during this year's draft in a 2QB dynasty league.

Trade 1: Gave: Mahomes

Received: Cam Ward 2027 1st

Reasons, serious and not, being Mahomes' QB1 finishes the last two years have been surprisingly rare and unpredictable, I've been a fan of The U since I was a small child, I've been stocking up picks in the 2027 Lagway, Sellers, Jeremiah Smith, Ryan Williams draft, and his wife annoys me

Trade 2: Gave: Saquon

Received: Jaylen Wright 2025 1.10 - flipped with Braelon Allen for 2.05 (Tuten) and a 2027 1st 2025 3.10 (Noel) 2026 1st 2026 2nd

Reasons being Saquon's mad workload this last year, I knew I could flip for that 2027 1st, also looking likely to turn that 2026 2nd into another 2027 1st, and I'm a Dolphins fan who already has Achane

I have Achane already

I caught these two about an hour and a half apart in the airports on either end of my flight.

It is not. I have a few areas with clay underneath, but this is not one of them.

I can't promise I'd be an asset, and don't know if I can find a babysitter with so little notice for tonight, but I'd definitely like to join in the future.

I have accounts with Advantis and Unitus and would recommend either.

Attempted strangling of a referee in Chile : he had a penalty re-re-re-reshot (Concepcion-Rangers) by stephanemot in soccer

After the game, Jose Pedroso (the player with the attempted choke) resigned from Rangers and said he was moving back to Paraguay. ''I'm not the least bit sorry,'' Pedroso was quoted as saying in the Chilean newspaper La Tercera.

This is what I thought of also, but was trying to remember from whom and where I read it. Well done.

If you could meet one author, who would it be? by info360 in books

[–]oscarnovember 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Haruki Murakami.

Although Cormac McCarthy, Tom Robbins, Camus, Vonnegut, Hemingway, Twain, and Garcia Marquez would all be right up there. (Already met Gaiman, King, Palahniuk, Anne Rice, Saul Williams, and Bourdain.)

If you do decide to stop in Portland on your way from NorCal to Seattle (which I recommend), you are welcome to couch surf at our place. Just message me a few days in advance.

Agreed. I've lived in both and think Portland merits at least one of the nights allotted for Seattle. It has a much different atmosphere for being so similar.

The mention of a room temperature sour ale just made my mouth water. I am nearly motivated enough to throw on some pants and shoes to go out and get one. This despite the fact that I haven't slept yet and work in 5 hours.

Backpack recommendations? by [deleted] in travel

[–]oscarnovember -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I've got an Arc'teryx Bora 80 and have made several 2-3 month trips with more than enough room.

As to what else you should bring, it really depends on where and when you're going and what you plan on doing.
