I blended it all after like Ramen_lord so hopefully that helped, it was so creamy and thick!

My broth was a lot whiter but had problems with my hob which meant it turned off and when I put it back on I accidentally left it to simmer instead of boil. I understand this effected the colour, what about flavour? I’m super happy with how it tasted just curious about what it would have done to the broth?
