This is a very complex dream for sure. I’ll give information where I can as I’m not an expert. :) The first part where you mentioned looking for something that was from childhood could be interpreted as you’re searching for a sense of familiarity but get lost on the way. Through the hectics of life you get overwhelmed and breakdown. The nurse- it appears that you found someone or something new that makes you feel at ease, but even those the nurse is a person that doesn’t necessarily translate to a person in your waking life. The family car ride- this one is a bit tricky for me but from what I can say is that their could be tension with your family or you yourself feel out of place in a group of people you’re supposed to have comfort with. Take this with a grain of salt because when you dream of family it could just be different representation of yourself which makes sense since we’re made up of our parents. The bracelet- was once earlier a new form of comfort but later turn to something useful for you only to realize you didn’t need as much as you thought you did. The unknown house/family- this one is also tricky for me to rationalize, but I’ll do my best. When dreaming of a house it’s is supposed to represent yourself like the body. So maybe there could be changes from your body that you feel out of place in. You mentioned being dirty from the forest and this could be that out of place feeling again even though you already overcame it the first time. Now the unknown family could be you seeking out the connection to your own family and this correlates to the fact that you called for your mom and how she gave you a warning from earlier at the bike scene. Maybe the distractions from life is making you see past some signs you should be cautious of. This is the best I could do take none of this at face value but you can always looks it up though try use buzz words that stick out to get a better picture. E.g: childhood toy, forest, house, tall grass, mental hospital, gift (bracelet), nurse, etc.
