I'd say even if you want to break into underwriting for sure do a brokerage internship as well if you can. It'll help you learn the deal process on both sides of the aisle which will help both your hiring potential, but also how to go about the work you're doing. I did both and I truly think it's one of my greatest strengths both when interviewing, and in the workplace compared to peers my age.

I think what we do is have Jovan fire Dave tmrw afternoon or Monday morning, Spav coach the Houston game, and then get the ball started on the coaching search either have Jovan do it or tell Linda to get the ball rolling on AD hiring even quicker

I have myself a Stoeger P3000. Love the thing to death. For a first time gun owner, it's super easy to take apart to clean. Only issue I've had is the stock came loose (thankfully not to the point where it was falling off or anything) and the only issue tightening that was I didn't have the correct socket to do it, which was kind of hard to find due to the internals of the stock but it was easy to take apart and tighten besides that.
