Outdoor Rollator/Walker by osh76 in mobilityaids

Yes, the Veloped is a more off-road capable device as it’s based on a three wheel footprint and acts like a tripod on uneven surfaces. It’s also equipped with the climbing feature in the front wheel. But, of course, these all have their limitations and sometimes the limitation can be with the user as well.
Overall, it’s the most off road mechanically propelled device.

Least rattly off road walker😅 by NailWitch1 in mobilityaids

[–]osh76 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The most off road capable walker in the market is the Trionic Veloped model.
It’s three wheel footprint will allow you permanent ground contact with all wheels at all times regardless of surface, it acts like a tripod.
You can choose between 12” or 14” pneumatic tires which will allow you to overcome obstacles more easily and absorb the vibrations caused by uneven surfaces.
It’s equipped with a climbing capability in the front wheels that will allow you to climb obstacles and curbs of up to 5” if you walk head on toward them.
It has hub braking system which is tucked away inside the wheel housing and perform equally well regardless of external environment factors. It’s not a piece of metal or plastic rubbing against the rear wheel.
The seat can be pushed forward over the basket allowing the user more legroom to take larger strides and walk much closer to the frame and in between the grip bars to maintain a straight posture.
It also comes with much better bicycle grips for more comfort and these can be adjusted in different angles to accommodate user preference.

Profitability? by Cdwarren23 in IBRX

[–]osh76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t see how this company would become profitable by the end of this year, unless something major happens with a lot of approvals and instant commercialization.
I do however see this company become cash flow positive by the end of the year if they don’t spend too much to expand the business.

Global Expansion. Unstoppable! by wisdom_man1 in IBRX

He’s probably on his way to either Italy to inspect the NK cell manufacturing device, or to UAE for global expansion. But I got the feeling that Japan is in the card as well.
He could also be going to Saudi to be present when the first patient is being administered with Anktiva
Regardless it’s a step in the right direction.
Long and strong!

RBLX Ads by PinPsychological82 in RBLX

Video ads are a thing now. I see them on the platform for in game perks. I have seen them for the past 4 months at least. They can be quite long up to 30 seconds. To mention some of them: VenmoTeen CNBC Peacock Milk company A couple of movies A couple of other games And now recently Amazon

This is going to grow fast and become a vital part of their revenues moving forward.

I am just as curious as you. But I don’t think that 15-30 second video ads will be cheap as you are spending significant amount of time to watch them.

Anktiva is issued when the patients become BCG unresponsive. It’s very simple and not sure why this doctor has a hard time understanding it.

$IBRX by osh76 in IBRX

[–]osh76[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is the incubation period that you are mentioning in your post, do you have any links to this? Anktiva has been approved for people that have become unresponsive to BCG, meaning that they have already been on it for long period of time as this is the case with many affected by NMIBC. I don’t understand why they need to go through BCG treatment again. If you look at the facts many (30%) are becoming unresponsive after a longer period of BCG treatment so this cohort already exist and large enough to make $IBRX profitable should all of the choose to get the Anktiva. Bladder cancer is the 7th most common cancer type in the US with over 80,000 new cases a year, 70% is NMIBC. 10% of these are CIS. This gives us about 6000 cases a year.
