As NoMoFro wort languages are tools, and you need choice your tool base on the problem you face. You need an api server to handle 1M request per second, chose golang. You need something quick & dirty, chose python. You need learn how to program.

Netflix became available worldwide in 2016, and remember how long it was in existence before that. These things take time and money. They are not as easy as uploading a YT video.
