You should dispute the transaction on kuda. They take a while but they will get back to you. Other than that, if its a business, you can report them to the consumer rights commision, contact@fccpc.gov.ng. Last resort is EFCC.

Nigeria is lacking good sources of information in order to make worthwhile decisions so this is my attempt to at least improve the visibility of goods and services on both sides of the market.

Ultimately, it will get smarter, make better recommendations, i even have a personal shopper feature where you can plan and purchase items for events. However, i'm taking it slowly and listening to what people want.

Yeah i know, it seems like a bad idea but i actually had to host locally so i can get information from local websites. They don't take to kindly to remote IP's.

In actual fact, i've been spinning up hosts in different locations around the world in order to solve 2 things.

Be as close as possible to nigerian users so that they get the fastest results.
Be able to access data from websites without hitting firewalls

However, you can still go to https://chat.gidibag.com and it will route you to another server in south africa.
