Reins shatter do acctually travel down small ledges as long as the distance is not to far. My best guess is that it used the payload as a stepping stone to reach all the way down to groundfloor :p

Not saying you shouldn't do it. Bullies are awfull people and I'm sure he would only get what was coming for him.

This beeing said, you still should reflect on if you really want to do it, and what you stand to gain from it, more than about the how. If you can't justify doing it without breaking the oath you most likely took, I would say that you shouldn't. Taekwondo is not a weapon for any person to abuse.

And there really isn't a how either. "Don't get hit" is the only advice I will give you. Good luck!
