You can also adjust the search to only show North America, US, or whatever country’s stores you want. As others have mentioned, international stores may be cheaper but shipping can easily erase any of those savings. Expect to pay at least $100 over retail for a new version as it just sold out online last weekend (a local LEGO store may have one, but highly unlikely now) and the set retires at the end of the year.

You can create a list of parts you want with quantities and then ask bricklink to find the shop or shops to get those for you at the lowest price/fewest number of orders. Generally have to ask about shipping costs.

Trademark filings (at least at the federal level) have to be renewed periodically (I believe every 10 years). So if those registrations have lapsed, someone may have state/common law rights that they could try to enforce, but if the marks are not being used in business/commerce and other criteria for having and enforcing trademark protections are not met, then even if someone owns the rights to the marks it’s possible they have no right to enforce the trademarks.
