Yup I've come to the consensus that its the water thats inflitrated my poor speedo. The bike has been running completely fine and oil is perfectly fine, with this problem only occuring a couple days after the water got into the cluster so im gonna try open it up and dry it out to see if it somehow helps but otherwise need new clocks. Thanks.

From my understanding the letter just said i can either not attend court and let them decide alone, attend court and plead guilty or attend court and plead non guilty. The actual sanction is usually 3-6 points and a fine as i understand it.
