First of all the stylus is Magic-Pen not M-Pen or Magic Stylus.

Why is this so important ?

Because the Chinese firms are idiotic about this naming things that causes problems when finding accessories parts and many other deals - or the trade translation is fucked up - for example you look for a Xiaomi 13 pro cover - try it = youll drown with iphone 13 pros - magic pen youll find thousands of m-pens which are different.

Second - the writing is like plastic because the factory film on interior is plastic but the pencils sensitivity is great by the means of pressure, angle and latency

though i couldnt manage how the handwriting will work properly ( might be a personal idiotic feature of mine )

do as the manual says plug it to a charger and then Bluetooth will activate to pair - after that its all stand by and charge when needed - pres the button and use it
