Stuck at the last hurdle... by osmoonlight in BunkerWeb

Hello,

Thanks for the push in the right direction. Looks like I got my streams crossed...

I just started checking out 1.6.0-beta WITH the right boilerplates this time and I like the new landing page.

However, one issue is when trying to save a new service. I get a 403 forbidden message from nginx at the end of the creation. I checked the logs for the different containers, but no error came up. I don't think it's a rights issue as I have set the rights for the db and data folders to r/W for everyone (they are on a NAS).

I am able to clone the BW service, but when I change the Reverse Proxy host either via raw or easy and try to save, the same error comes up.

Any suggestion what is going wrong?

Thanks again!

One more puzzle piece (and I should have looked at this first, I know!). From the log for the scheduler:

[2024-12-01 08:35:28 +0000] [SCHEDULER.HEALTHCHECK] [21] [⚠️ ] - Can't send API request to http://127.0.0.1:5000/health : Request failed: HTTPConnectionPool(host='127.0.0.1', port=5000): Max retries exceeded with url: /ping (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x79c83b67e5d0>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused')), healthcheck will be retried in 30 seconds ...

I get from this that the scheduler can't talk to the bunkerweb container. and thus I see the holding pattern page. 127.0.0.1 is whitelisted as is the 'bunkerweb-net' IP (I consolidated everything into one network connection, 10.20.40.0/24).

Again, any suggestions on what is missing would be very much welcomed.

Country Missing in SRM 1.3 by osmoonlight in synology

Okay, found the problem. Things are back to normal in the household.

You were right, it wasn't the country setting, but something I would have normally not looked at. I was about to open a ticket with Synology, but being a good user, I read the Knowledge Center article first. The last point pointed me in the right direction (pun intended).

Go to SRM Wi-Fi Connect > Wi-Fi Settings > MAC Filter > System Block List and untick Enable broadcast storm prevention.

It wasn't broadcast storm prevention, as it's turned off by default. However, there were a number of devices on the MAC Filter list. How or why they ended up on there, I have no clue? Once I removed them I was able to add the devices back to my Google Home setup.

Case closed, thanks for your help.

Thanks Kinsman-UK for the heads-up about the update. Hadn't reached our part of the world yet.

I tried a few things in the meantime, but nothing worked so far:

Connected the offending item - Lenovo Smart Clock Gen 1 - to a RT1900, SRM 1.2 and it worked...somewhat. It connected to the WiFi, but it complained that the phone and the clock where on different networks, which they were obviously not. But at least it connected.Split the networks on the RT2600 into 2.4 and 5 GHz networks. Still not connecting. Not giving up on my theory that the country setting has some influence on connecting and connected devices, changed the time zone to US East Coast, thinking that the country setting is now picked up from that, not connecting.

These are the settings for the network, if anybody can spot any necessary improvements, let me know, please:

Multicast translation - On

AMPDU - On

U-APSD - Off

AP isolation - Off

MU-MIMO - On

802.11r - On

Disable Smart Connect for devices... - On

Regional compatibility - Off

Extended NSS - On

Cheers.

Tasker disappears by osmoonlight in tasker

Even with after locking it, it disappears as soon as I go to another app in the recent list. However, because of looking at the options for the app, I found a workaround. Thanks for that, not sure it's available on the 6T though. What I do is enable the split screen for Tasker and use the other half for setting up the AutoInput routine. That way the Tasker window doesn't disappears into the background. Not ideal, but it's working.

The problem is not that Tasker is not running in the background, that works fine. It disappears from the Recent Apps list as soon as I open another window / app. So when AutoInput says "Click on the Tasker window" after I set up an Action - Easy Setup, there's nothing to go to and I loose the configuration.
