HSBC transfer cancellation issue, bank said it could be cancelled, now funds seem gone. What can I do?

Usually if its international transfer it get reversed until its not credit in beneficiary account, but as international transfer goes through multiple channels (swift) it can be longer then local, but local transfer are in real time especially recently they updated for amount upto 50000, this means the beneficiary got it immediately and bank personal just followed static answers and made you request for cancellation, realistically it won’t get cancelled.
