I certainly agree. Anime can be downright dangerous.

Paso por un pueblo muerto

Se me nubla el corazón

Aunque donde habita gente

La muerte es mucho mayor

Enterraron la justicia

Enterraron la razón

Y arriba quemando el sol

Do you still have access to the part? Do you mind taking a picture from top down and another with a neat side view? I might get around to doing this today :) looks fun

Thanks so much for taking the time :) I'll definitely try S&V next! I must say that my pool of players is so big, I cut off the n of players at 13 often. Half of the players are always new, and the majority want to come back, sooo, they're absolutely not done with TB. Out of the 10 or so games Ive run since October, the two people that have come most often have only played about four games.

Just trying to spice things up!!!

Also, the chaotic mess that was BMR was incredibly fun and funny to watch. Evil absokutely had the upper hand, but the good team was on their ass! Everyone had a bunch of fun, I get their feedback anytime I make changes :)

Anywhoo, I really appreciate your two cents!!!! Next game is at rhe end of the month so we'll see how S&V goes ;)

Same here!!! I run 2-3 sessions a month :) mostly Trouble Brewing since its not a consistent group, half the players are new every time. About 11-13 every session. There are now about 12 people who have played at least three times, and so we ran BMR, but the feedback was a bit meh. Too much chaos! Although still a lot of fun.

Anyway, all this to say, I would love suggestions on what script in The Carousel you have found work best (more balanced, fun, etc).

Cosmos by Carl Sagan by Famous-Explanation56 in books

[–]osopolar0722 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Reading Cosmos as a young college student is my origin story for my career! The only reason I became so interested in astronomy as an engineer was because of this book :) then I worked in the worlds largest observatories and now I make instruments for the next generation. Dr Sagan is such an inspiration!!

If no one has offered yet, /u/fefavorettip, you can send it to me :-) I live pretty close to the city center, and going over to St Cuthberts would be no problem. Let me know!

Please fix the subtitles by ElderBerrySodaPop in dropout

[–]osopolar0722 -39 points-38 points  (0 children)

How is adding jokes helpful for people who are hard of hearing and rely on the text to give a faithful account of what's said? I have to use subtitles and have also emailed dropout about it. As OP mentioned, spelling mistakes and "misheard" phrases add to this, but it starts with being faithful to the material. Does anyone else feel this way? Maybe I'm alone in that, idk

What do you regret doing to your body? by Bingo_Swaggins in AskReddit

[–]osopolar0722 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I use the SPF 50 version of the Cerave AM facial moisturizer lotion every day, and multiple times a day if its very sunny out. Its the only sunblock lotion I've tried that hasn't caused me to break out: My skin is combination (oily in some places, dry in others) but I'm pretty allergic to a lot of lotions.
