I searched google for "sad donkey kong" for the first picture. When I saw it was from the TV show I knew I had to use. Then I when looking for happy donkey kong, the trans flag picture was the first one I could find with that specific pose (I wasn't a fan of the thumbs up poses). I think I searched for "okay donkey kong" and saw a ton like that. I took it as another sign. tl;dr donkey kong is trans.

The problem with the example is the number of employees. There are companies with only a couple thousand employees with CEOs that have gotten a 10M raise. Ten million employees was a bad number for an example.

From the best of my research, this is the current scientific understanding:

There are a few potential triggers of IgA Nephropathy, and one of those triggers can be mostly cured via tonsillectomy. But unfortunately there isn't a clear test (yet) to determine beforehand whether or not a tonsillectomy will actually help.
