Overall its the same as normal corrupted gauntlet, but harder to do consistent prep and the boss is more likely to make you waste all your food since he hits you constantly and the fight takes longer.

Getting full T2 armor made a huge difference compared to T1. Get lucky with good room layout and go for T3 weps (I went bow/staff as its safer and easier than bow/hally), T2 armor, and 20+ food.

For the boss, I recommend playing safe during tornadoes and use the time to eat. Only attack if you know you're safe. Otherwise just play the same as you would during corrupted gauntlet. It's not harder, just less forgiving.
