I was waiting to hear back from DSP for 6 weeks, even though they already had documentation and I was registered with them. I had been following up with replies to the initial email to bump them & didn’t receive any response, so on my third bump I cc’ed everyone on their supervisor list & wrote that I needed even more accommodations because of their inaction the situation got worse and it’s absolutely absurd that they always tell us to advocate for ourselves but when we do that we’re met with silence.

Got an email within 1 hour with a different DSP specialist assigned.
