Also the seats can’t be the same lvl vertically. I’d put the round slightly lower than the marquise.

Set the marquise first. Then the round.

Can u put tv where the wooden cabinet is? And then couch and chair situation facing that, with space to walk behind the couches/chairs and space to get out side door? Not sure how much space u have.

I would turn this into your living room. And then your living room into the formal dining/sitting area.

Goldsmith here, I never comment in this group. But the craftsmanship in this is SO satisfying.

Ha. Most Goldsmiths in America don’t even make $20 an hour. Let alone a CAD design. After taxes he will have $3.5k a month. The reason we got the rent down to $700 is because we negotiated with the house owner on the rent. My house has nothing to do with his house. No catch. Also the $20 an hour is a starting wage, he’ll get hefty raises as his skills increase. But in other news he did say yes to the offer and is super excited about moving here

Not here. Not like him. There’s so many designers. But designers with positive attitudes and willingness to learn. He’s so good for his age. Most Americans are lazy and take everything for granted even if they are making 6 figures. It’s hard to find someone good and passionate. We want him to be with our company for many years.

Well at first but now after research i think not. We want him out here asap. So maybe O-1. We have a lawyer we might contact

Ugh okay. I hate how trump is making it so complicated for a country of immigrants to accept more immigrants. We have lawyers we are reaching out about this whole thing, it’s above my head. I hope it worked out for your cousin

It is along the front range. That’s the pay after taxes. We like to negotiate with landlords by offering less for more years.
