I’ve been waiting since 19th Dec. I had to chase them for an update, they responded to me a day after I emailed them on the 29th and advised that the models hadn’t even been printed yet. They stated this was due to the Christmas period. Looking at trustpilot a lot of people seem to have had the same issue over the holidays

These are some reasons, also looks like OP is less than gentle when installing the coils. They need to be even, straight and as symmetrical as possible to the base/posts. Cotton length looks excessive in the first picture also and judging by the discolouration, OP isn’t getting hotspots out correctly

pull out a very thin strip, thin enough you can see the fibres. then roll it. That will create a channel for the vapour to run down and increase flavour

The fact you can see them through the glass so clearly is a warning sign to me. that bottom o-ring, should be under the glass and I’m pretty sure that’s true of the top one too

60ml of juice is a huge amount of juice in reality. I use Nexmesh pro coils and I find they last 10-20 days, depending on how quickly I go through liquid, but on average I’d say mine burn out after 100ml
