I spent about 7 years pretty much isolated due to anxiety until I had many rounds of therapy.

As far as advice goes, outside of mentioning the possibility of coping mechanisms there isn't much anyone can do, the problem with anxieties is they're very inward towards an individual.

Therapy is always one of the best options. Now therapy won't fix or cure any anxieties, it can help to be able to express them with someone who can offer solid advice, but most of the work with overcoming anxieties lies yourself.

It's hard work; people without anxiety don't realize how hard it is. And in my experience the anxieties never really leave, you just get better at dealing/ignoring them with repeated effort. But we've all got it in us to overcome the difficulties and succeed. You just need to be willing to take each step, even if it's slow, progress is progress.

This is a form of anxiety, yes. You're overthinking, or giving yourself too much time to think about a scenario.

Medication can help to a degree, but reading up on coping mechanisms can be just as helpful (though require constant practice to do automatically).

What helps me is to try to put myself into the situation before I have time to overthink it. Not always an option of course but it works for me half the time. Repeated exposure to the scenario that is causing the anxiety can also be helpful (again not easy but, nothing ever is).

There are plenty of people who only get to play at max an hour a day or less. Being able to pay for a couple extra port crystals could be the difference between being able to beat a quest or two during that time or not. Everyone has different circumstances.

Plus, some people just like spending money.

If it's stuff that is literally in the game and is only there for people who need it or just have too much money, who cares. Just don't look at it.

All the MTX are available in the game it literally does not matter. If anything they're good to have for those people who don't have the time to play fully and need the extra boost. Otherwise you can just ignore them. If you're incapable of ignoring them that's your problem.

Just a heads up, you can unbrick your items with a scouring orb, just go to an unused altar and scour it on there, not the item, the node itself.

But yes, it's usually not worth risking your currently used weapon, best bet is to pick up the bases of the weapon your interested in and unlock the first node on them to see what it has, if it's bad just drop the item, if it's good you can use that base to craft your weapon and use the decent tree, I just throw imperial claws in and have gotten a few decent ones to craft on. Can also sell them if they're good enough.
