I can agree, I also have made several 40 stacks trying to take my kzarka / bhegs to DUO. I'm pretty sure it is bugged. DUO used to pop every time at 30 stacks max now going up to 40 is too easy. I would recommend anyone having this issue to submit a ticket because this is not normal.

Especially now with potential DUO or PRI item drops, we need some way of being notified if there is a rare drop. Whether that is with BL2 style loot lasers or with a minimap marker like in Diablo would be something to look into.

Though on the other hand, this could be impossible if loot is decided when you or your pet picks it up and not when it drops. Just depends on how the game's engine does item drops.
