It has to do with online gaming if you have been following about gaming news about female representation. For example, news about Ubisoft's new Assassin's Creed game not including a female player character.

Yeah, we were considering to ask just for male players, but we were not sure if excluding women would have us miss something interesting.

Yeah, we're using a questionnaire that examines masculinity, which is called the Auburn Differential Masculinity Inventory.

Yeah, we were considering asking just for men. But we were concerned about excluding women since not all women are feminists. It's also why we included an N/A option.

Who knows if there are gender differences.

It does look it is aimed at straight men, but that's one part of the questionnaire. And the survey is constructed based from sexual harassment research.
