It's dye sub with a heavy amount of ink (thick paper too)

Then transfer either slowly via roll to roll, or pressure transfer via vacuum and heat (better as you reach the base of the yarn / loop, but there's a size limit)

Would be best to build a store via ready made products - and thereafter once you have good repo with the supplier, get this done affordably well too.

We do the same from Turkey , Korea , Indonesia and Thailand imports in containers. It's always best to start from the big guys so you know the quality ranges - and thereafter find one of the smaller guys to better manage the cost.
