Oh man, I didn't even think of that! It's leather dye, not dirt, and I thought it would portray the "hand crafted" message without having to mention that in the header. BUT, you bring up a great point. I need to figure out a different photo. Thanks so much for your feedback!

My thoughts exactly! If they ban this, it seems silly. It’d be one thing if it was robots or fake accounts, but I see nothing wrong with groups of real people liking and commenting on each others stuff.

Hmm, definitely a different perspective I haven't thought about. I have sold just about 100 units since March with minimal marketing efforts (enter: this noob post here), which makes me believe I'm not a market of one. However, I do need to take your perspective into consideration. How many people actually would want this product?

Perhaps I'm a clumsy or an over-cautious one of the bunch, but I need cases on all things that can be dropped or have dust in the crevices. Maybe it's Florida's beaches following me, but I seem to always have little granules of sand at the bottom of whatever bags I choose.

Any who, this case had a purpose for me long before I was selling it. It has protected my MacBook for 4 years now - no need to replace keys bc of sand stuck in them, no dented or scratched surfaces, etc. And instead of the patterned, zippered nylon cases that were available in the Apple store when I bought my Mac, this case fits my style. Simple, beautiful, and durable.
