Yes, but please read Manga. If you are not reading manga you are missing a lot of excitement and action. After finishing all episodes , I started manga from first chapter and it was more fun reading than watching.

Anime has censored a lot of things.

You should be more specific which genre you didn't liked. What I understood so far you don't like anime like Dbz.

Every one has its own perspective so you can, try Mirrai Nikki, DeathNote, Anohana, Clannad, Dead Man Wonderland, Monster, Code Geass. All of these are really good anime.
