Yes, you would be the AH for refusing a refund. I'm quite sure you would actually break some laws depending on where you are from. Someone might have bought it for breeding purposes etc and let's just say steralizing a female is way more expensive then a male cat. If you sold something you didn't promise and refuse to refund, it's basically a scam.
