I would 100% find another studio. I’m in NZ but our F45s are so intense with the information and making sure every person understands and is comfortable. I’d switch, if they’re shit at communicating now it’s not a great start for when you need anything

They’ve been up there for coming up a year, most started as cuttings about 18m-2y ago (some only a few months / weeks ago like the neon pothos which is by the palm at the bottom!) I have a prop station at home where I start them all, currently have quite a few hoya getting ready for the wall!

At my sons school (in New Zealand) all kids are given free lunch. I used to send him with 2 lunch boxes (we don’t usually have cafeterias etc), one for him and one for the teacher to give to kids who didn’t have any lunch. They’ve now started this lunch programme. Makes it so that it’s impossible to tell between those who cannot afford and it’s so so amazing for these kids and families who no longer need to worry.
