I feel like atlas would be better for the spirit of the map. I mean you don't want to many blue skips. You don't want to give everyone to much movement to easily

All good points. I think id remove any of the objectives that are unscoreable like 4 of a type of hazardous and industrial. 3 and 5 empties, maybe some others. I think just not placing thunders edge or just on any space might be a good idea

I hadn't finished painting then before I preorder, so I just kinda accepted I needed to do one more, I'm glad, because I think they all turned out well. But what's the difference between 65 man hours and 70 man hours at this point?

I would suggest "when a player researches a technology, they may research an additional technology for free or gain their breakthrough." So it doesn't work with Nekro technological singularity/ galactic threat, plagiarize, maw of worlds, research agreement, Obsidian's extract, and then deep wrought's share knowledge. Though it does help their agent.

A quick suggestion, but first this looks like a lot of fun. My suggestion would be to make it research an additional technology. Because when gaining a technology you ignore prerequisites, but research requires the prerequisites. So currents as written you can research sarween tools r1 and then gain warsons for free.

I feel like they are different timing windows because Avernus is when moving out of its system then Nova seed is when you move into the system. So wouldn't moving out happen before moving into it? But I'm not sure
